Family Matters is facilitated by certified life coaches and brings together parents in peer-to-peer support groups that give people the chance to share parenting challenges and successes while also getting parenting tools and resources.
Monthly in-person & ZOOM group meetings give parents opportunities to exchange ideas, connect with other parents, learn that they are not alone in this journey, and talk about their feelings in safe and supportive surroundings. All groups operate on a mutual self-help shared leadership model and provide non-judgmental support and learning opportunities for parents and primary caregivers of children.
Families also receive free admission to Adell Foundation Hosted Family Bonding Outings. The Adell Foundation receive free admission to over 140 venues throughout Georgia. Call for enrollment information.
Cooking Matters is on a mission to make eating healthier fast and affordable for families everywhere. Check with your host site coach for dates and times of classes.
