Guess who is coming to Polk County January 2022? That's right! The Adell Foundation is bringing its Cooking Matters, FDIC Money Smart Adults and Older Adults program to Cedartown Housing Authority every first Monday of the month! You must be a resident of Cedartown Housing or are a participant in a subsidized housing program. The registration fee is $65 per year per person. Participants will learn how to make nutritious and delicious meals, how to shop healthy on a budget, how to budget, save, and all about credit building and homeownership via FDIC Money Smart Adult and Older Adult Curriculum. Participants have the option to participate in Quarterly field trips and outings. All Field Trips have free admission. We also have programs in Villa Rica, Temple, Carrollton, and Douglasville Georgia. Call 800-273-1708 804 for registration information. If you live in Cedartown Housing, you may go to the main office to register.
While plenty of the show’s fan-favorite features will return, guests can expect new twists, including a colorful Glowing Grove along the Flower Walk, oversized flowers leading to Ice Goddess and several lighted sculptures from the 2021 summer exhibition SUPERnatural: Glass Art by Jason Gamrath. duct or service you'd like to show.
