The Adell Foundation and Lamad University are committed to creating a safe, trusting, and ethical environment for all clients, students, and participants engaged in coaching, mentorship, and training programs.
This Confidentiality Policy ensures that all personal, professional, and sensitive information shared during coaching sessions remains private and protected.

Since 2011 Adell Foundation has been instrumental in distributing over 1 Million Pounds of food with our Family Matters Food Programs, Helped thousands of students ( including our homeless student program) with school supplies and personal hygiene items, certified over 140 Life Coaches with our partnership with Lamad University, and help prevent homelessness for thousands of individuals and families.
Adell Foundation is a charitable organization empowering people to seek a broader future, by helping communities through education and economic solutions. Helping individuals become an entrepreneur, assisting seniors, youth, and others in everyday life.
Adell Foundation acts as a fiscal agent/sponsor for several community organizations and new nonprofits. We offer technical assistance, board development training, and certificates to educate their self-sufficiency program clients.
Under our umbrella, our partner organizations are authorized to use our Cooking Matters and FDIC Money Smart Curriculum for the clients in their programs Adell Foundation currently has partner/umbrella programs in the following states: Colorado, New Mexico, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, and Florida. All of our partners are trained and certified to to use our resources, curriculum, and receive technical assistance, and Adell Foundation acts as their fiscal sponsor/agent.

Ministries that have programs that impact the community. These can be programs at your ministry but must be open to the public and not just for church members. Must show proof that non members benefit from your program.
Community Activists or persons involved in local Government that have developed programs, brought awareness to social issues, or were instrumental in providing direct services that impact the community.
