All donations, tuition, and event payments are processed securely through PayPal or other approved third-party processors.
Because many of our courses are offered at a nominal donation rate, all donations and tuition payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Organizations hosting events are required to submit agreed-upon fees (e.g., travel, lodging, or speaking fees) according to contractual terms.
5. Program Enrollment and Certification
Enrollment in training or certification programs constitutes agreement to follow all program guidelines, confidentiality policies, and academic requirements.
The Adell Foundation and Lamad University reserve the right to withhold or revoke certification for participants who do not meet ethical or performance standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, logos, graphics, course content, handouts, and digital media on this site, are the property of The Adell Foundation or its partners and are protected by copyright law.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Coaching and training sessions follow strict confidentiality guidelines as outlined in our Coaching Confidentiality Policy.

Our website may include links to partner sites such as Lamad University, Eventbrite, PayPal, or other affiliate organizations.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
